Here is a description from the site:
"The web cam, and what we call "base camp," is located in Worth, New York. 43°46.337' N 75°49.055 W @ approximate 1581' elevation, and faces North. It is in an area of New York know as The Tug Hill Plateau. "The Hill," as most will refer to it, is located mostly in Lewis county and is approximately 12,000 acres of predominately state forest land . It has over 600 miles of groomed snowmobile trails."
There is one view of the trail and another view of a measuring stick that is over seven feet tall to show how deep the snow is.
The cams refresh about every 10 minutes and are on 24/7 with a dusk to dawn light.

"Our webcam is located about 6 miles north of Boonville N.Y., 4 miles south of Snow Ridge in Turin N.Y., 4 miles southeast of Constableville N.Y., 3-4 miles west and southwest of Port Leyden and Lyons Falls NY. Overlooking the Adirondack mountains on some days and aimed at Tug Hill on other days. This is a great place to check the weather before you travel in the winter."
