I like the new recipe section. I'd like to try the Italian sausage recipe with turkey but I'm afraid it might turn out too dry. Looking forward to some new recipes. Any plans for venison or other game meat?

Thank you. Go ahead and try the turkey but use half pork and half turkey. Great idea for the game meat; do you have any recipes to share? What about ways to prepare fish for those that don't catch and release?
